A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Golf Depot Ltd (02995248) whose registered office is UNIT 3 SEALAND TRADE PARK, UNIT 3 SEALAND TRADE PARK, CHESTER, CHESHIRE CH1 4LT whose nature of business is 47789 – Other retail sale of new goods in specialised stores (not commercial art galleries and opticians) presented on 24th February 2021 by MIZUNO CORPORATION (A Company incorporated under the laws of Japan) of 1-12-35 Nanko-Kita, Suminoe-Ku, Osaka 559-8510 Japan claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Courts England & Wales, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 21 April 2021 at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioners or to their Solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 16:00 hours Tuesday 20th April 2021.
