"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Nicola Baker (IP No. 15852) of Rushtons Insolvency Limited, 3 Merchant’s Quay, Ashley Lane, Shipley, BD17 7DB be appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of the voluntary winding up of the Company."
