Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 15.8 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 that the liquidator has summoned a general meeting of the Company's creditors as requested by the creditors for the purpose of NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 100 of the Insolvency Act 1986 and Rule 6.14 and 15.8 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules") that a Physical Meeting of the Creditors of the above named Company is being convened by Ryan Edkins, the director of the company. The prescribed proportion of creditors have objected to decisions proposed by deemed consent and therefore the deemed consent procedure has been superseded. The physical meeting will be held as follows: Time: 11:15 am Date: 9 April 2020 Venue: 18 Clarence Road, Southend-on-Sea, Essex, SS1 1AN, United Kingdom A meeting of shareholders has been called and will be held prior to the physical meeting of creditors to consider passing a resolution for voluntary winding up of the Company. Deborah Ann Cockerton is qualified to act as an Insolvency Practitioner in relation to the above company and during the period before the decision date will furnish creditors free of charge with such information concerning the company's affairs as they may reasonably require. A list of the names and addresses of the Company's creditors will be available for inspection free of charge at the offices of DCA Business Recovery, 18 Clarence Road, Southend-on-Sea, Essex, SS1 1AN, United Kingdom between 10.00am and 4.00pm on the two business days preceding the date of the creditors meeting. ALTERNATIVE METHODS OF ATTENDANCE DUE TO COVID-19 Due to the exceptional circumstances created by COVID-19, the convener understands that creditors will be unable to attend the above meeting of creditors in person. The convener intends to attend the meeting by way of conference call, as will any other director and proposed Liquidator. Creditors wishing to vote at the physical meeting must (unless they are individual creditors attending in person) lodge their proxy with the convener before they may be used at the meeting. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, a creditor will not be entitled to vote unless his written statement of claim, ('proof'), which clearly sets out the name and address of the creditor and the amount claimed, has been lodged and admitted for voting purposes. Proofs must be lodged by 4pm the business day before the meeting. Unless they surrender their security, secured creditors must give particulars of their security, the date when it was given and the estimated value at which it is assessed if they wish to vote at the meeting. The resolutions to be taken at the creditors' meeting may include the appointment by creditors of a liquidator, a resolution specifying the terms on which the Liquidator is to be remunerated, and the meeting may receive information about, or be called upon to approve, the costs of preparing the statement of affairs and convening the meeting. . The meeting will be held at 18 Clarence Road, Southend-on-sea SS1 1AN on 09 April 2020, at 11:15.

In order to be entitled to vote at the meeting, creditors must lodge proxies and hitherto unlodged proofs with Deborah Ann Cockerton at 18 Clarence Road, Southend-on-sea SS1 1AN by no later than 16:00 on 08 April 2020.

The liquidator will treat any debts of ÂŁ1,000 or less as proved for the purposes of paying a dividend, unless creditors advise the liquidator that the amount of the debt is incorrect (in which case, proofs must be submitted) or that no debt is owed, also by 16:00 on 08 April 2020.

Any creditor who has opted out from receiving notices may nevertheless vote if the creditor provides a proof by 16:00 on 08 April 2020.
