Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 6 August 2019, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the LLP be wound up voluntarily and that Lane Bednash (IP No. 8882) of CMB Partners UK Limited, Craftwork Studios, 1-3 Dufferin Street, London, EC1Y 8NA be appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."

At the subsequent meeting of creditors the appointment of Lane Bednash was confirmed, and Glyn Mummery of FRP Advisory LLP, Jupiter House, Warley Hill Business Park, The Drive, Brentwood, Essex, CM13 3BE was appointed Joint Liquidator.
