Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 7.59 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, that Adrian Allen of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, Suite A, 7th Floor, City Gate East, Tollhouse Hill, Nottingham, NG1 5FS and Mark Wilson of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, 25 Farringdon Street, London, EC4A 4AB have been appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company.

The Joint Liquidators are not proposing to establish a Liquidation Committee under Section 141 of the Insolvency Act 1986. The Joint Liquidators must summon a virtual meeting of the Company's creditors and contributories for the purpose of establishing a Liquidation Committee if such a meeting is requested by one-tenth in value of the Company's creditors.
