Notice is hereby given pursuant to Rule 14.29 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 that I, Gary Rupping (IP No. 16012) of McTear Williams & Wood Limited of Townshend House, Crown Road, Norwich, NR1 3DT, in my capacity as Joint Liquidator of the Company, intend to declare a first dividend to the unsecured creditors of the Company within two months from of the last date for proving which is 1 March 2020. The unsecured creditors of the Company who wish to participate in the distribution are required to prove their debts by sending their name and address with full particulars of their debts to Kelly Goodman of McTear Williams & Wood Limited, Townshend House, Crown Road, Norwich, NR1 3DT on or before 1 March 2021 and if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary evidence as may appear to the liquidator to be necessary. A creditor who has not submitted a claim by the 1 March 2021 is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in it, the intended distribution or any further distribution which may be made before his claim is submitted.
