"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Lisa Alford (IP No. 9723) and Chris Parkman (IP No. 9588) both of Purnells, 5a Kernick Industrial Estate, Penryn, Falmouth, Cornwall, TR10 9EP be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
