At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at Suite 1A, Sovereign House, Bramhall, Cheshire, SK7 1AW on 6 July 2022 at 11.00 am the following resolutions were passed as a Special resolution and an Ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Molly Monks (IP No. 19830) of Parker Walsh, Suite 1A, Sovereign House, Bramhall, Cheshire SK7 1AW be appointed Liquidator of the Company."
