A Petition to wind up the above named company of Suite 114, 41 Oxford Street, Leamington Spa, England CV32 4RA (registered office) presented on 19 September 2018 by LOCAL CAR AND VAN RENTAL LIMITED of 2 Redman Court, Bell Street, Princes Risborough, Buckinghamshire HP27 0AA will be heard by the High Court sitting at Royal Courts of Justice, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 7 November 2018, at 1030 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Ppetition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the undersigned in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 1600 hours on 6 November 2018.
