At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named company, duly convened, and held on 2 April 2019 the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that the Company is wound up voluntarily" and "That Emma Louise Mifsud of Walsh Taylor, Oxford Chambers, Oxford Road, Guiseley, Leeds LS20 9AT, provisionally be appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up pending the decision date of the liquidation at 10:45am on 2 April 2019."
