“That the Company be voluntarily wound up.”

Ordinary Resolution

“That Ronan Duffy of McCambridge Duffy LLP, 35 Templemore Business Park, Northland Road, Derry, BT48 0LD, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of the winding up.
