A Petition to wind up the above-named Company whose registered office is at The Old Chapel, Union Way, Witney, Oxfordshire, OX28 6HD presented on 29 June 2022, by Colin Edward Robinson of Ashbourne, The Downs, Standlake, Witney, OX29 7TB, sole director of the Company, will be heard at The Business and Property Courts at London, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), High Court of Justice, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 29 July 2022 at 11:30am hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
