A petition to wind up the above-named company GLP Old Street Limited (company number 10502424) (“the Company”) of 27 Hill Street, London, WIJ 5LP was presented on 27 July 2022 by DERWENT LONDON WHITE COLLAR LIMITED whose registered office is 25 Savile Row, London W1S 2ER claiming to be a creditor of the Company and will be heard at The Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 14 September 2022 at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
