At a General Meeting of the Company duly convened and held at 2nd Floor, Unicorn House, Station Close, Potters Bar, Hertfordshire, EN6 1TL on 8 June 2020 at 2.15 pm, the following resolutions were passed as Special and Ordinary Resolutions:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Sarah Cook (IP No. 18750) and Miles Needham (IP No. 14372) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 4 Beaconsfield Road, St Albans, Hertfordshire, AL1 3RD be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.”
