Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 14.28 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, that I, Simon Thornton, being the Liquidator of the above company, intend to declare a first and final dividend to unsecured creditors within a period of two months from the last date for proving.

Last day for receiving proofs - 13 December 2019.

A proof of debt form (in the format specified in Rule 14.4) should be completed and returned along with supporting documents to this office by the date above by any creditor who has not yet proved their debt.
