Notice is hereby given that at a general meeting of the Company held on 4 June 2018 the following resolutions were passed as a special resolution and as an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily under section 84(1)(b) of the Insolvency Act 1986 and that Simon Harris (IP No. 11372) and Ben Woodthorpe (IP No. 18370) both of ReSolve Partners Limited, 22 York Buildings, John Adam Street, London, WC2N 6JU be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and any such acts may be done by both or any one of them."
