NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a meeting of the Creditors of the above named company will be held at The Concorde, Green Room, Stoneham Lane, Eastleigh, Hampshire SO50 9HQ on 15 March 2017 at 3.45 pm for the purposes provided for in Sections 99 to 101 of the Act. Any creditor entitled to attend and vote at this meeting may do so by proxy. Completed proxy forms must be lodged with Jonathan Amor, Insolvency Practitioner, licence number 17770, of A.M. Insolvency Limited, The Portergate, Ecclesall Road, Sheffield S11 8NX not later than 12.00 noon on the business day before the meeting.
