At a General Meeting of the above named Company duly convened and held at The Concorde, Green Room, Stoneham Lane, Eastleigh, Hampshire SO50 9HQ on 15 March 2017 at 3.30 pm the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Jonathan Amor, of A.M. Insolvency Limited, The Portergate, Ecclesall Road, Sheffield S11 8NX, (IP No 17770) be and hereby is appointed Liquidator.”
