“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that James Snowdon (IP No. 009457) and Georgina Marie Eason (IP No. 9688) both of MHA MacIntyre Hudson LLP, 6th Floor, 2 London Wall Place, London, EC2Y 5AU be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately.”
