A Petition to wind-up the above-named Company (Registered no. 05174623) of 3 Queen Street, Ashford, TN23 1RF presented on 5 November 2019 by SPOTCAP NETHERLANDS B.V. [UK ESTABLISHEMENT] of 14 James Street, LONDON, WC2E 8BU, (the Petitioner), claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard in the High Court of Justice, Rolls Building, Rolls House, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, LONDON, EC4A 1NL, on Wednesday 18 December 2019, at 10:30 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
