A Petition to wind up the above-named company of GLOBAL TRADING EUROPE LTD (registered no 10983973) of Unit 3 Car Wash Part, Upchurch House, Abbey Gate, Leicester, England, LE4 0AA, presented on Tuesday 5 January 2021 by THE SECRETARY OF STATE FOR BUSINESS, ENERGY AND INDUSTRIAL STRATEGY, of c/o Howes Percival LLP, Flint Buildings, 1 Bedding Lane, Norwich, NR3 1RG, England in the public interest, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Manchester, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), Manchester Civil Justice Centre, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester, M60 9DJ on Tuesday 16 March 2021, at 2:30pm (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
