A Petition to wind up the above named Company whose registered office is Dorset House, Duke Street, Chelmsford, CM1 1TB presented on 3rd February 2020 by HURST MEDIA COMPANY LIMITED acting as a Petitioning Creditor of the Company will be heard in the County and Family Court Hearing Centre, Priory Place, New London Road, Chelmsford, CM2 0PP on the 9th April 2020 at 10:30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any persons intending to appear on the Hearing of the Petition (whether to support of oppose it) must give Notice of Intention to do so to the Petitioning Creditor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 16:00 hours on the 8th April 2020.
