A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Global Fruit & Veg Limited (09582560) whose registered office is Regus, 18-24 Stoke Road, Slough, SL2 5AG whose nature of business is, Wholesale of fruit and vegetables presented on 3 September 2019, at 03.58 pm by ROVEG FRUIT B.V. (A Company incorporated under the laws of Netherlands) of Nijverheidsweg 20 2742 Rh Waddinxveen, Netherlands claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Birmingham District Registry, 33 Bull Street, Birmingham, B4 6DS on Tuesday 12 November 2019, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
