A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Global Flood Defence Systems Limited registered under Company Number 07424738 of Unit 1 9a, Wassage Way, Hampton Lovett Industrial Estate, Droitwich WR9 0NX, presented on 28 April 2016 by JOHANN VAN DEN NOORT BEHEER B.V, of Zilverschoon 47, 8265 HE Kampen, The Netherlands, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Liverpool District Registry, Liverpool Civil and Family Court Hearing Centre, 35 Vernon Street, Liverpool L2 2BX, on 27 June 2016, at 1000 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
