“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Mark Reynolds (IP No. 008838) and Izbel Mengal (IP No. 28770) both of Valentine & Co, Galley House, Moon Lane, Barnet, EN5 5YL be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up.”
