Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 4.54 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 (as amended) that a meeting of the creditors of the above named Company will be held at CVR Global LLP, Three Brindleyplace, Birmingham B1 2JB, on 28 October 2016, at 10.00 am, for the purpose of establishing a Liquidation Committee and in the absence of a committee approving the basis of the Liquidators’ remuneration. A creditor entitled to vote at the above meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. Proxies to be used at the meetings must be lodged with the Liquidator at CVR Global LLP, Three Brindleyplace, 2nd Floor, Birmingham, B1 2JB no later than 12 noon on the preceding business day.
