Notice is hereby given that on 3 January 2020 a Petition was presented to Lanark Sheriff Court by Clarity Simplicity Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Registered Number: SC380001) and having their registered office at 34 Woodland Road, Glasgow, G3 6UR craving the Court, inter alia, that Glendevon Rentals Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Registered Number: SC369667) and having its Registered Office at Glendevon House, Carlisle Road, Lesmahagow, Lanark, Scotland, ML11 0HU be wound up by the Court and to appoint a liquidator by Interlocutor dated 9 January 2020 the Sheriff appointed all persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers with Lanark Sheriff Court, Sheriff Court House, Hope St, Lanark ML11 7NE within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
