Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 27 March 2019 and 6 August 2019 respectively, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Lila Thomas (IP No. 9608) and Jason Daniel Baker (IP No. 9644) both of FRP Advisory LLP, Derby House, 12 Winckley Square, Preston, PR1 3JJ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
