Notice is given by Philip Anthony Brooks and Julie Elizabeth Willetts, the joint liquidators of the above named company, that a decision is to be sought from the creditors to form a liquidation committee and, if one is not formed, to fix basis of the liquidators' remuneration and authorise them to draw category 2 disbursements.

In order for their vote to be counted creditors must submit their completed voting form so that it is received at Blades Insolvency Services, Charlotte House, 198 Market Place, Bingham, Nottingham, NG13 8AP, by no later than 23.59 hours on 19 December 2019, the decision date. It must be accompanied by proof of their debt, if not already lodged, failing which their vote will be disregarded.
