A Petition to wind up the above-named company (registered no: 09459645) of Unit 4 B, Rivergreen Ind Centre, Pallion, Sunderland, Tyne & Wear, SR4 6AD presented on 17 December 2019 by VETROTECH SAINT-GOBAIN UK (A BRANCH OF VETROTECH SAINT-GOBAIN (INTERNATIONAL) AG) of Herald Way Binley, Coventry, CV3 2ZG (the Petitioner) claiming to be a creditor of the Company, will be heard at Newcastle Civil and Family Courts, Barras Bridge, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, NE1 8QF on 24 March 2020, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
