At a general meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at 11.00 am at Ideal Corporate Solutions Limited, Lancaster House, 171 Chorley New Road, Bolton BL1 4QZ on 29 October 2018 the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Andrew Rosler (IP No. 9151) and Tom Bowes (IP No. 17010) both of Ideal Corporate Solutions Limited, Lancaster House, 171 Chorley New Road, Bolton BL1 4QZ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up. Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a Liquidator may be done by one of them."
