16 April 2019 at 2.00 pm the following resolutions were passed as a Special

resolution and Ordinary resolution respectively:-

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily” and “that Amie Johnson (IP No 18570) and

Yiannis Koumettou (IP No 015676) of Alexander Lawson Jacobs, 1 Kings Avenue Winchmore Hill

London N21 3NA be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company.”
