“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Peter John Godfrey-Evans (IP No. 8794) and Henry Nicholas Page (IP No. 12250) both of Mercer & Hole, Silbury Court, 420 Silbury Boulevard, Central Milton Keynes, MK9 2AF be nominated Joint Liquidators of the Company, to act jointly or severally.”
