At a general meeting of the Members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at Staverton Court, Staverton, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire GL51 0UX on 20 January 2021, the following resolutions were passed by the Members: 1 as a Special Resolution and 2 as an Ordinary Resolution.

Resolutions

1. "That the Company be wound up voluntarily" and

2. "That Simon Robert Haskew and Paul David Wood of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP,St James Court, St James Parade, Bristol BS1 3LH be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately".
