At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held on 20 September 2018 the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

That the Company be wound up voluntarily.

That John Twizell and James Sleight (office holder numbers 7822 and 9648) of Geoffrey Martin & Co, 4 Carlton Court, Brown Lane West, Leeds, LS12 6LT be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up. Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a Liquidator may be done by either one of them.”

Creditors present and represented confirmed the appointment of John Twizell and James Sleight as Joint Liquidator.
