At a General Meeting of the Members of the above named company, duly convened and held at 25 Farringdon Street, London, EC4A 4AB, on 19 December 2018, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Peter John Godfrey-Evans and Christopher Laughton, both of Mercer & Hole, 21 Lombard Street, London, EC3V 9AH, (IP Nos. 8794 and 6531), be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the company for the purpose of the winding up.” The Joint Liquidators may act jointly or severally so that all functions may be exercised by either or both of the Liquidators.
