This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules"). It is delivered by the Joint Administrator of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Richard A B Saville of CFS Restructuring LLP, 13-15 Regent Street, Nottingham, NG1 5BS.

A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following: The approval of the Joint Administrators' Statement of Proposals; The establishing of a Creditors' Committee; The approval of the Joint Administrators' fees and costs; The timing of the Joint Administrators' discharge. The meeting will be held on 1 March 2018 at 10.30 am at Church House, 13-15 Regent Street, Nottingham, NG1 5BS.

To be entitled to vote, those attending must submit a proxy form, together with a proof of debt if one has not already been submitted, to the Joint Administrator by one of the following methods: By post to: CFS Restructuring LLP, 13-15 Regent Street, Nottingham, NG1 5BS. This meeting has been summoned under Section 246ZE(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986 as a result of a request from one or more creditors.
