"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that R L H Knight (IP No. 002231) and M S Willis (IP No. 9391) both of Compass Financial Recovery and Insolvency, Global House, 1 Ashley Avenue, Epsom, KT18 5AD be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company."
