That the Company be wound up Voluntarily.

That Adrian Paul Dante of MHA Macintyre Hudson, Victoria Court, 17 - 21 Ashford Road, Maidstone, Kent, ME14 5DA and Paul Michael Davis of MHA Macintyre Hudson, 6th Floor, 2 London Wall Place, London, EC2Y 5AU be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company and they be authorised to act either jointly or separately.
