"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Elias Paourou (IP No. 9096) and Sean Bucknall (IP No. 18030) both of Quantuma Advisory Limited, 3rd Floor, 37 Frederick Place, Brighton, Sussex, BN1 4EA be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act jointly and severally."
