SPECIAL AND ORDINARY RESOLUTIONS

At a General Meeting of the members of the Company duly convened and held at 23 Afghan Road, Battersea, London SW11 2QD on 13 May 2016 at 11.00 am, the following resolutions were duly passed as an special and an ordinary resolution:

(a) A SPECIAL RESOLUTION: that the Company be wound up voluntarily.

(b) An ORDINARY RESOLUTION: that Nicholas Barnett of Libertas Associates Limited, 3 Chandlers House, Hampton Mews, 191-195 Sparrows Herne, Bushey, Hertfordshire, WD23 1FL be and is hereby appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up and that any power conferred on him by law or by this resolution, may be exercised and any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by him.
