Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 15 March 2019 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Sean Bucknall (IP No. 18030) and Brian Burke (IP No. 16250) both of Quantuma LLP, 3rd Floor, 37 Frederick Place, Brighton, BN1 4EA be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up. Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Liquidators may be done by one of them."
