At a General Meeting of the above named company, duly convened and held at 10 Ardross Street, Inverness, IV3 5NS, on the 5 July 2018, the subjoined Special Resolution was duly passed:-

(i) "That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business, and

(ii) that it is advisable to wind up the same and accordingly, that the company be wound up voluntarily, and that Annette Menzies , Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, of William Duncan (Business Recovery) Ltd, 18 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 6NU, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up."
