At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Suite 5, 2nd Floor, Bulman House, Regent Centre, Gosforth, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE3 3LS on 1 October 2021 at 3.30 pm, the following resolutions were passed as a Special resolution and as Ordinary resolutions:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Steven Philip Ross (IP No. 9503) and Allan David Kelly (IP No. 9156) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Suite 5, 2nd Floor, Bulman House, Regent Centre, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE3 3LS be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that anything required or authorised to be done by the Joint Liquidators be done by both or either of them."
