("the Company") - In Members' Voluntary Liquidation

On the 25 February 2021, the following written resolutions were passed by the shareholders of the Company, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Peter Charalambous (IP No 20512) of Kallis & Company, Mountview Court, 1148 High Road, Whetstone, London, N20 0RA be appointed Liquidator of the Company, and that they be authorised to act."

Please note that this notice supersedes the one published on 09 March 2021 (Notice code: 2431, Issue number: 63288, Page number: 4592) as a notice of correction. Due to a typographical error the date of appointment and passing of the resolutions was published as 26 February 2021 when it is in fact the 25th of February 2021.
