Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 19 February 2020 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Michael Pallott (IP No. 023650) and Adam Harris (IP No. 015454) both of Mazars LLP, Tower Bridge House, St Katharine's Way, London, E1W 1DD be appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."

At the subsequent virtual meeting of creditors held on 19 February 2020, "Michael Pallott and Adam Harris were appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company".
