Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 2.26A of the Insolvency (Scotland) Rules 1986 (as amended), that the Joint Administrators, have summoned a meeting of the creditors of the Company for the purpose of seeking creditor approval for the Joint Administrators’ fees and outlays and to extend the period of Administration.
