“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Henry Nicholas Page (IP No. 12250) and Christopher Laughton (IP No. 6531) both of Mercer & Hole, 21 Lombard Street, London, EC3V 9AH be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, to act jointly or severally.”
