“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that James Fennessey and Stewart McDonald, both of Azets, Titanium 1, King’s Inch Place, Renfrew, PA4 8WF, (IP Nos. 26690 and 8906) be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up.”
