“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Blair Milne, of Campbell Dallas, Titanium 1, King’s Inch Place, Renfrew, PA4 8WF, (IP No. 16814) be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up.”
